Inclusivity Statement

As a Registered General Nurse specialising in fertility support, I am committed in all ways to those seeking my help and every birthing body and circumstance. I am bound to and adhere to the NMC code, but outside of this commitment to my regulatory body, it is my personal and professional belief and duty to embrace the differences of all individuals, be that race, religious affiliations, capabilities and cultural heritages. Wild Rae Holistic Health will always be a place to cultivate an inclusive and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels valued and embraced.

I recognise and welcome all the variations of a family and accept without question the lived experiences of those who I care for and work with.

I respect the right to the correct pronouns and recognise the unique journey taken by same-sex couples and the complex and potentially traumatic stories and paths faced by those trying to concieve from the LGBTQA+ community.

Known egg donors, sperm donors and surrogates are viewed and treated with compassion and non judgement.

I acknowledge racism, particularly medical racism and the challenges faced by persons of colour within the healthcare system, and indeed the challenges faced in life as a black or brown person. I strive to learn, recognise my own privilege, dismantle my bias and acknowledge the harmful effects of white supremacy.

I welcome and appreciate those trying to conceive of all body types including bigger bodies and differently-abled bodies and reject abist discrimination and obesity stigma.

I welcome correction and learning without fragility or barrier.

I wholeheartedly believe in the beautiful diversity of human society and all that this diversity has to offer us and will always aim to provide skilled, empathetic and individualised healthcare for all.
